Free and Full of Creativity

Youth performance in Helzberg Hall

Hundreds of KC-area youth performers take the stage throughout the afternoon, encompassing forms of art that range from jazz ensembles to ballet studios, drill teams, Irish dancers and many more.

The performances take place on a variety of indoor and outdoor stages, including Helzberg Hall, the Muriel Kauffman Theatre, the Saint Luke’s Outdoor Stage and the Kansas City Symphony’s Mobile Music Box. In all, hundreds of young and talented artists will be featured during Future Stages Festival.

Plus, the day provides opportunities for everyone to create. Family-friendly activities, crafts and arts experiences designed for every age will be available at the festival, offering the chance for all to explore new modes of expression.
