Parking Information
With nearly 40,000 parking spaces in downtown KC, finding a spot with your name on it—and spots for your guests—is typically pretty easy. Here’s some helpful information and links to ensure your event parking is as pain-free as possible.

DOWNTOWN PARKING
You’ll find nearly 40,000 parking spaces inside the downtown’s Central Business District. Many parking garages are open 24 hours and most will be open to attendees of major events. Availability changes depending on the time of day. Metered, on-street parking is available and free on evenings and weekends.
Once Downtown, you can easily walk to most destinations. Look for the colorful Wayfinding signs to help you locate public parking venues in the Downtown loop.

Buses
Several bus lines operate in the Kansas City Metropolitan area.

KC Streetcar
Sit or stand while you ride through the heart of Kansas City’s downtown. The 2.2 mile route along Main Street connects the River Market to Union Station/Crown Center with 16 stops to get you to your destination. The KC Streetcar is free so you can spend your money at the businesses along the route. Learn more.
